Program Description

Wabash Center, Inc. offers employees the option to receive SMS (text message) notifications regarding their employment. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work schedule updates

  • Payroll reminders

  • Human Resources notifications

  • Benefits enrollment reminders

  • Company announcements

  • Other employment-related communications

Participation in the SMS messaging program is voluntary.

Opt-In

Employees may opt in to receive SMS messages by completing the SMS Communication Consent form within the Wabash Center Employee Self-Service Portal.

By providing a mobile telephone number and submitting the consent form, employees agree to receive recurring employment-related text messages from Wabash Center, Inc.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on organizational communications and employee activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Wabash Center, Inc.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you submit a new consent request.

Employees who opt out remain responsible for reviewing communications delivered through official company channels, including their Wabash Center email account and Employee Self-Service Portal.
