Employment Services

Diversify your workforce and boost your bottom line through Wabash Center’s Employment Services.

For most of us, being employed is a part of our lives and the same is true for individuals with disabilities. We support individuals with disabilities in finding employment in the community. These individuals qualify for a wide range of careers, from entry-level to professional positions.

Our Employment Services helps employers by ensuring:

  • Each employee is prepared for their first day of work
  • The employee’s skill set and capability is the best fit for the position
  • Continuing on-site support and job coaching from our staff
  • Ongoing employee success and productivity

Our Employment Services team opens doors to careers for people with disabilities. We find employment to fit an individual’s vocational goals and aspirations. We prepare them so employers you will gain a skilled and dedicated employee.

Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC)

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit program that offers incentive to employers for hiring individuals who have difficulty in securing employment. Those individuals in the Target Group may include individuals with intellectual disabilities. A tax credit may be available for workers who meet certain criteria.
