Assisted Living Services: Support Living

Our Supported Living Program provides very flexible, consumer-oriented options for every individual. Consumers reside in apartments that they have rented, alone or with roommates, while trained staff members personally assist them on a one-on one basis. This personal attention can be as little as 2 hours a week or as much as 24 hours a day, depending on need and resources. This would include Medicaid Waiver, Choice or Private Pay. Our support services are designed to meet the consumers' needs and can include home management, community living activities, social skill or self-help skill enhancement, just to name a few. In addition, staff members are always just a phone call away - 24 hours a day.
