Assisted Living Services

ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

The Assisted Living Services program offers an array of residential and home support options so individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability may live successfully in the community.

These include licensed group homes and supported living services that enhance the personal growth, living skills and independence of those we serve.

ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES AVAILABLE

Supported Living

  • Eligible adults with skill levels and needs that may not require 24 hour support
  • Live in own home/apartment
  • Life skills education

  • Home-like environment
  • 24 hour support
  • Life skills education

In-Home Services

  • Residential Based Habilitation
  • Eligible adults and children
  • Life skills education
  • Personal Assistance
  • Eligible adults and children receive supervision and assistance
  • Respite
  • Families of eligible children may receive respite for caregivers
