Adult Day Services: Goals

The goals of the Adult Day Services division are to guide each consumer in attaining the highest functioning possible in three areas:

• Habilitation, which provides opportunities for social interaction and helps consumers integrate and participate in the community.

• Adult Daily Activities, covering the skills needed to function in daily life, such as hygiene, personal care and at-home tasks.

• Pre-vocation, which helps consumers prepare for on-the-job tasks at our onsite light assembly division, Greenbush Industries, where they can earn their own income.
