Adult Day Services: FAQS

How do I get services?

To apply for Adult Day Services at Wabash Center, contact the Indiana Bureau of Developmental Disabilities, 877/218-3096. After an evaluation process and a likely waiting time, and depending on funding availability, you will be advised that assistance is available. At that time, you may choose Wabash Center's program.
Who pays for participation in this program?

The Adult Day Services program is funded by Medicaid Waiver.
Are meals provided?

Consumers bring their own lunch of their particular favorite foods to Wabash Center. We provide snacks.
Is there a daily routine?

Yes. We provide a structured day that includes a diverse array of learning activities and creative expression.
