How do I get services?

To apply for Adult Day Services at Wabash Center, contact the Indiana Bureau of Developmental Disabilities, 877/218-3096. Who pays for participation in this program?

The Adult Day Services program is funded by Medicaid Waiver.
Are meals provided?

Consumers bring their own lunch of their particular favorite foods to Wabash Center. We provide snacks.
Is there a daily routine?

Yes. We provide a structured day that includes a diverse array of learning activities and creative expression.
